As CEO, he is involved in all aspects of the business, with a strong focus on delivering delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Brian Markovitz VP of ManufacturingBrian has over 20 years' experience manufacturing polymer optics, with expertise in mold processing, quality control, and MRP implementation. As VP, Manufacturing he oversees all manufacturing operations including tooling, molding, coatings, and diamond turning.

Dr. Dale Buralli Chief Scientist Chief Scientist Dr. Dale Buralli has dedicated his career to advancing the field of optics. A pioneer in polymer optics, he works with our customers to design innovative optical solutions. He is also educating a new generation of optics professionals as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Optics at the University of Rochester.
