Premium acrylic and polymer optical components engineered for demanding applications across medical, automotive, VR/AR, aerospace, and lighting systems. Our precision-manufactured lenses, windows, beam splitters, and diffractive elements offer lightweight, cost-effective alternatives to traditional glass optics while maintaining exceptional optical performance and tight manufacturing tolerances. Acrylic optics can deliver high clarity, strong surface polish, cost-effective production, and reliable light transmission. But success depends on managing thermal expansion, controlling residual stress, accounting for brittleness, validating environmental durability, and maintaining optical tooling discipline. Acrylic is an effective optical material when used within its limits. Precision requires respecting those limits.

We use PMMA, polycarbonate, polystyrene, cyclic olefin polymers, and specialized thermoplastics for optimal optical performance. Acrylic (PMMA) is widely used in optical applications because of high light transmission, good surface polish capability, relatively stable optical properties, and UV resistance compared to many polymers. However, acrylic must be engineered carefully in precision optical systems. Clarity alone does not define optical performance.
